How is my order shipped?
We use Australia Post and other select carriers to ship and track orders. Shipping fees may vary depending on standard or express shipping and shipping destination. If you do not receive a tracking number (and have checked your 'spam' folder), please contact us here. All items will be sent without a signature required at the receiver’s end.
How long will it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time for all orders is between 1-3 days.
What is the delivery timeframe within Australia?
Due to high demand, carriers are experiencing delays between 5-7 days for standard services. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an Order Confirmation once you place your order, and another separate email containing your order tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your order.
